Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Team Techno-B.R.A.T. of the Fall 2017 Business 577 course focused the semester on analyzing Salesforce as a potential CRM software for use at UPMC's Insurance Sales Division. This blog contains the finding throughout the project. The project brought to light some key points up for consideration when trying to decide if Salesforce is organizationally a good fit. Such points include: Salesforce's robust functionality, its high cost, and its ease of usability. When asked about their insights from the project, the team members emphasized the applicability of use of CRM software within business settings and the overall ease of use amongst most CRM software.
